AICE program: The Cambridge Advanced International Certificate of
Education (AICE) Diploma is an international curriculum and
examination system that emphasizes the value of broad and balanced
study. Passing scores on AICE exams transfer to college credit.
Students who earn their AICE diploma are automatically awarded the
highest level of Florida Bright Futures regardless of their GPA or
ACT/SAT scores.
CTE programs: Bay’s Career & Technical Education (CTE)
Program is responsible for developing and maintaining educational
programs that prepare individuals for occupations important to
Florida’s economic development. Our CTE program results in
many industry certifications being awarded to our students in the
areas of engineering, health science, hospitality, and digital
media. We are continually expanding our offerings and
certifications.
Air Force Junior ROTC: Bay High has a very active ROTC program.
This program is designed to educate and train high school cadets
in citizenship, promote community service, instill personal
responsibility, character, and self-discipline. Our ROTC program
offers cadets several opportunities to earn scholarships to
continue their education after high school. They take field trips
to the bases to help the cadets see what the military does so they
will gain an appreciation for the military and military families.
